PCI compliance: On August 21, 2008, Theatre Manager was certified PABP v1.4 compliant after completing a successful audit by Security Metrics. This means that Theatre Manager protects your card holder information using standards in documentation set out by the PCI Standard Council.

For a venue, full PCI compliance involves 3 components. It means that:

  1. Theatre Manager is PABP compliant (V7.36 and later with internal CC authorization V8 meets these requirements)
  2. PC Charge is PCI compliant -and-
  3. Your business processes and procedures have been implemented around the standards in the Visa/Mastercard PCI Security Standards Council (v1.2) document using certified applications and you have filled out the self assessment in the link above. Prior ot Dec 31, 2008, use version 1.1 of the document
